How To Control Anger Effortlessly

Understanding how to control anger can be a VERY challenging task with all the ridiculous advice being thrown around by so-called “experts” (who have NEVER dealt with anger issues themselves)… but are giving you POOR advice on how to do it.

If I  read a book on how to ride a bicycle, but have never ridden one myself… would you want me teaching you how to ride one?

Heck no! That’d be a stupid idea!

Yet when I look around the internet information on how to control anger, it seems like the only information is written by Ph.Ds. who can tell me ALL about the problem, but very little about a finding a solution actually make to make the problem go away.

In fact, what little real advice on controlling anger that I do find, gives me stupid little exercises or some long-winded explanation of how to control anger would take twelve Ph.Ds., and an addition two years just to memorize.

Then as I read on, I find a hundred different psychologists wasting time coming up with random THEORIES about WHY anger exists… and the odd thing is that there are SO many different theories that one of them will NEVER be proven right… these Ph.Ds. are wasting their time and yours playing guessing games, rather than focusing on how to control anger and eliminate it.

In a nutshell, they’re coming up with a hundred different theories and “shot in the dark” guesses about how to control anger, then later changing their minds when they realized that none of their numerous conflicting theories were right – but while they’re all arguing about what causes anger.

For example, ten years ago “experts” were saying that it’s healthy to vent your anger… and now, suddenly, it’s a “bad idea”… why they can’t make up find a solution to getting RID of anger instead of simply telling people they THINK the “right” way to express it is (before they completely do a 360 and change their minds and start telling people the EXACT opposite).

By far one of the funniest things I read, was that there is an defined actual diagnosis for having an anger problem. Honestly, if your anger is impacting your life in a meaningful way. What defines an anger “problem” is different for everyone… and second, if you get angry and can’t control it, it’s a problem.

They ought to put that anger disorder right under the DSM VI official diagnosis of “same sex attraction disorder”, where the “experts” who are giving you their anger “treatments” have also decided that being attracted to someone of the same sex is a disorder.

Wouldn’t It be more productive if they put their universal focus together, and focused on solving the problem of how to control anger?

The obvious answer is “YES”!

But instead we’re playing guessing games, and bringing “experts” who into a situation who have NO CLUE what they’re doing… when we should be bringing in the people who have anger issues, and simply ask them WHAT WORKS instead of having people who have NEVER had these issues themselves telling the people who need to know how to control anger how to control it.

Moreover, these “experts” merely do nothing more than teach people how to struggle and fight with anger AFTER it has occurred – rather than show them how to control anger by simply eliminating it.

That is the secret is learning how to control anger by eliminating the anger BEFORE it even comes up in the first place, then you don’t have to struggle with it.

I know you’ve been told that you just have to “deal” with anger issues – but you DON’T. The truth is, with some very simple exercises… and just a tiny bit of focused intention (meaning you have to WANT it badly enough :]), you can PERMANATLY eliminate your anger issues for ever.

Here is a simple exercise that you can use TONIGHT to grab your issues by the horns and take control of things in UNDER a week:

1) Close your eyes and begin to think one thought from long ago, and one that happened recently (preferably within the last 5 minutes).

2) As you begin to think these thoughts, recognize that they are both happening RIGHT NOW… and that your brain does NOT think in terms of time (as in past, present or future) … there is only NOW in your thoughts.

Note: it is very important that you see that all of these

thoughts and memories as happening NOW.

3) IMAGINE a future memory of what YOU desire to create in yourself (EX: more confidence, success, power, etc)… just imagine WHATEVER you want… BUT imagine it as happening NOW… as if it’s already arrive… for example, it’s been 5 years, and you’ve evolved to being calm in any situation.

4) Notice that both these thoughts are occurring at the SAME time, and that there is a conflict between these two thoughts (EX: imagining calmness and having your thoughts tell you you’re angry)… notice that these two conflicting thoughts are existing RIGHT NOW, and only one of those thoughts can exist in your reality.

5) For a couple of days, keep focusing on OVERRIDING your old memories, thoughts and beliefs with these new imagined thoughts and beliefs you’re implanting in your mind… you will notice your mind will automatically start to assimilate the new behavior and replace the old one naturally.

Do this for about 4 to 7 nights and I guarantee you will notice a genuine transformation in your life.

The KEY point here is to focus on your brain having NO concept of time other than RIGHT NOW… and that all of your thoughts and memories are occurring at the SAME TIME in your brain.

One thing does not happen “now” and “later”… when you close your eyes and enter timelessness, both things are happening NOW… you can make a choice based on what is happening now.

To your brain, you are not “sad” at one point in your life and “happy” in another… since both things are existing right in your brain now, and two conflicting ideas cannot occupy the same space at the same time, you just need to use this exercise to make a decision, and you what you want.

If you don’t understand fully what I mean, just do the exercise above for just a couple of days to experience it for yourself, come back and read this article again, and everything I said will be crystal clear =).
