Hasan Yahya, Ph.D

Your heart rate jumps, your blood pressure go to the roof, anger pushes you to fight or run away, you fell getting cold, fight or loose to win your health. Negotiate yourself, train your self to sit down with yourself and negotiate. Don’t say “I am depressed,” instead, say ” I am not depressed,” your positive mentality and feelings should drive you slowly to your good health. Your positive imagination, thinking, and actions should follow your positive attitudes toward problem solving, noth the reverse. Think of the flowers shape and smell, not of the thorns in it. You dancer prostitute lives upstairs in your mind, but you insist to stay in the downstairs room. Move it, and go upstairs to watch your dancer prostitute, your emotions will move with you, you will find that prostitutes increase in numbers, they are doubled, or tribbled, eat, drink, and dance with them, act positively, feel positively, and say to your anger goodbye, you will make the change by yourself to yourself, not by others. Here are four ways to do it:

1. say that you are not under stress! If you can’t say hi my friend! I missed you!

2. try to smile whenever you are under stress.

3. Make changes of situations, change the place, the environment for example, and;

4. You are not aimed by stress, but stress comes to all. Got it now!?
