You have been hard at work all day. Usually you just come home and sit down and try to relax. Sometimes this helps, but occasionally you need some special treatment. How about a massage or some aromatherapy?

You know, everyone faces stress in their lives. Those 3 steps really seem to help me get through the day. Here’s what stood out for me: “Determine the Cause of Your Stress”
I agree. You see, many people avoid this step. They know they are stressed, but they don’t know why!
So what happens?
They keep stressing out over and over, without ever finding the source. Finding your source is easier said than done, and eliminating it is even harder. But the source is where the solution is. Knowing where your problem is coming from really helps in actually solving your problem. And you nailed it on the head in your post. Very insightful.
